23-25.05.2011 - Rotating energy planning academy for the Baltic Sea Region in Kaliningrad
BALREPA – the rotating energy planning academy for the Baltic Sea Region – is a forum for exchange of knowledge and best practice, joint activities and formulation of concrete projects. It aims to strengthen the capacities in energy planning and further a common understanding of the energy planning process for sustainable energy as well as energy collaboration in the Baltic Sea Region.

Who should participate?
The primary target groups are national, regional and municipal authorities as well as PhD students and researchers. However, also regional and local energy companies, relevant NGOs and consultants may benefit from participation.
The academy was initiated by BASREC and the Nordic Concil of Ministers, and the first BALREPA is organised by the Information Office of the Nordic Council of Ministers in Kaliningrad and the consulting company Ea Energy Analyses, Denmark.
