New spring call in the NGO Programme for the Baltic Sea Region
The Nordic Council of Ministers opens a new call for applications in the Programme for NGOs in the Baltic Sea Region.

The programme aims at establishing and developing sustainable cooperation between Russian, Nordic and Baltic NGOs, and at supporting sustainable development processes in the region.
The NGO Programme for the Baltic Sea Region is based on tripartite co-operation with at least one partner from the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden), one partner from the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) or Poland, and at least one partner from North-West Russia or Belarus. The programme supports projects designed to boost civic society and cross-border co-operation in the countries around the Baltic Sea. The nearest deadline for applications is 27 April 2013.
