Nordic Council of Ministers Informational Office in Kaliningrad together with Cinema Zarja arranges annually Nordic Film Festival.
Main objective is cultural cooperation between Nordic countries and Kaliningrad by the use of cinematograph as an important part of Nordic culture.
Two films from each Nordic country usually are shown during the Festival. The films, picked by the national film institutes, represent Nordic cinematography at its best.
